〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕Steven Sinofsky離開微軟這件事太突然了。要知道，由他一手打造的Windows 8和Surface發佈還不到一個月。Windows 8和Surface可是開啟微軟新時代的最關鍵產品，而Sinofsky也由此被認為是Steve Ballmer接班人的不二人選。怎麼突然就走了呢？事實上，微軟早就計畫讓Sinofsky離開，只是希望他走之前能看到Windows 8和Surface出生。
