行政院衛生署國民健康局以年輕族群尤其是學生為對象，舉辦「無菸生活 設計大賞」活動。今年的主題為「I am cool, no smoking!」募集拒菸、戒菸、無菸的生活態度和提案，徵求「平面設計/海報」、「創意短片」及「無菸生活創意提案企劃案」三大類作品，邀請全國高中職以上學生參加；透過校園串聯活動、官方網站及Facebook...
