〔大陸新聞中心╱綜合報導〕國際性非政府組織人權觀察在一份報告上發出警告說，會自己決定何時向人開火的全自主機器人，將在未來20到30年內研製成功。世界各地的軍隊均表示，這種機器令人「非常興奮」，因為可以讓它們獨自參加戰鬥，避免人類軍隊親臨險境。
